Requirements
Minimum qualification SPM and above.
Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
Customer service, call center, or BPO experience is an added advantage.
Responsible, detail-oriented, patient, and willing to learn.
Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service to customers through inbound calls, chat & email.
Handle customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and a service-focused attitude
Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues
Follow up to ensure all cases are resolved on time
Keep customer records accurate and updated in the system
