We are expanding our team and inviting applications for two individual opportunities. Candidates can apply for either the B2B Sales Executiverole or theMandarin-Speaking Recruiter role.

Work Details & Benefits-

• Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off

• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

• Opportunities: Two individual full-time positions
  

1. Sales Executive – B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

• Manage leads, follow-ups, client onboarding and sales pipelines.

• Achieve business development targets and maintain regular sales reports.
  
  2. Mandarin-Speaking Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates through job portals, social media and professional networks.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
