Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Science, Forestry, or Plantation Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an executive role within the oil palm plantation industry.

  • Strong ability to manage and control all aspects of estate operations.

  • Candidates with replanting experience will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and control all aspects of estate operations, including:

  • Manpower planning & supervision

  • Agricultural practices & crop management

  • Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production

  • Cost of production control & budgeting

  • Estate accounts & office administration procedures
