Job Summary: The ICT Business Partner (Ramp and Guest Services) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the ICT department and Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department. This role is responsible for understanding the strategic goals and operational needs of the business and aligning technology solutions to support and enhance those objectives. The ICT Business Partner (Cargo) serves as the primary point of contact between the Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department and the ICT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Alignment - Develop a deep understanding of the Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department's strategic goals, objectives, and operational processes. - Collaborate with Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department's leaders to identify areas where technology can drive business value and improvements. - Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the business's short-term and long-term strategies.

2. Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategic plan in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals. - Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the business.

3. Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department and act as the trusted advisor on technology-related matters. - Facilitate regular meetings and discussions between ICT and Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

4. Project Management - Oversee and coordinate ICT projects for Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department from initiation to completion. - Work closely with developers and Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Encompass a range of project management tasks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

- Ensuring that project objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.

5. Needs Assessment - Work with business units to identify and prioritize their technology needs, ensuring that IT resources are allocated effectively.

6. Change Management - Assist in change management efforts when implementing new technology solutions to ensure a smooth transition for end users. - Provide training and support to help business units adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. Diploma candidates may be considered. - Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of both IT and Ground Handling operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships. - Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technology trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
