Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain manpower planning and headcount records.

Payroll & Attendance

• Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Assist in payroll processing (salary, EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
• Handle salary-related matters (advances, deductions, claims).
• Ensure payroll data is accurate before submission.

Employee Relations

• Handle disciplinary matters (warning letters, show cause letters, misconduct).
• Assist in resignation, termination, and exit clearance.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain proper documentation of employee cases.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee files and HR system records.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance).
• Assist in insurance, medical, and employee welfare administration.
• Handle HR filing and audit preparation.

Compliance & Foreign Worker Matters

• Support compliance with Employment Act and company policies.
• Assist in foreign worker matters (permit renewal, quota, FWCMS).
• Prepare documents for audits, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and JTK inspections.
• Ensure HR practices meet statutory requirements.

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with Accounts, Operations, and Site teams on HR matters.
• Support management in HR reporting and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Mandarin speaker preferred.
