Experience in customer service or customer relationship management within F&B;, hotels, private clubs, or high-end service industries is preferred.

Well-presented, service-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Experience handling customer complaints, customer retention, or membership management is preferred.

Detail-oriented, patient, emotionally stable, and able to work well under pressure.

Willing to work according to the outlet's operational requirements and shift schedule.

Working Hours: 3-shift work system with 4 rest days per month Salary: From RM6,000/month

Welcome and assist customers, maintain membership relationships, manage customer relations, and enhance the overall service experience.

Handle customer enquiries, reservations, complaints, feedback, and unexpected service-related issues.

Assist in developing customer service standards and ensure proper implementation by the front-of-house team.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, members, and returning customers to improve customer satisfaction.

Support the Front of House Manager in improving service procedures, conducting staff service training, and organising customer data.

Assist with customer follow-ups, promotional activities, and maintaining the outlet's brand reputation
