Job Summary

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate information and assistance

Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty

Process customer orders efficiently and follow up on requests to ensure timely completion

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for reference and reporting

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues collaboratively
