Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA/QC or a related field.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Good attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection processes, and relevant documentation will be an advantage.

In-charge and prepare monthly / yearly Production Internal / Customer Rejects Analysis Report.

In-charge of Minutes of Meeting for QAQC.

In-charge of Customer Complaints and Customer Replacement Request from Sales and Costing Depts, to assist

in root cause analysis, suggest corrective and preventative actions.

To assist on incoming Raw Materials reject issue.

To in-charge, monitor and result analysis on QC Testing as below;
• Work Process Material Testing
• In-house and External Sample Testing
• Finished Product Testing upon requirement.

To in-charge and prepare Customer Product Inspection Report.

To assist on Raw Material Process Certification Audit.

To assist on Customer Inspection Visit.

To assist on Product Certificaton Audit such as by SIRIM (Malaysia), TUV (Singapore)..etc.

To assist on Management System ISO Internal and External Audit.

To assist, maintain and update relevant documentations for Product Certification & Management Certification according instruction from superior.

To assist task assigned by Superior.

To monitor task given to Senior QC Controller and QAQC Assistant / Officer.

Additional tasks assigned by the Management.
