Mega City Builder Hiring! Full Time Surveyor in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Mega City Builder Sdn. Bhd. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction projects undertaken by our company. This contract position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and will involve a range of responsibilities to support the successful delivery of our construction iniatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduction land and property surveys to gather accurate data and measurements

2. Preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings to document site conditions

3. Liaising with project managers, architects, and engineers to coordinate survey activities

4. Identifying boundary lines, topographical features, and potential construction obstacles

5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards

6. Providing technical support and recommendations to the construction team

7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying or a related engineering field
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
• Proficiency in the use of survey equipment, such as total stations and GPS devices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and industry standards
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
