Gamalux Oils Hiring! Full Time Purchasing cum Account Clerk in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

• Assist in purchasing of materials, spare parts, office supplies and other company requirements.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), quotations and related purchasing documents.
• Source and liaise with suppliers regarding prices, availability and delivery.
• Receive and check invoices, delivery orders and purchase documents.
• Assist with data entry and recording of purchasing and accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
• Assist in account payable and payment processing.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with suppliers when required.
• Assist the Accounts and Purchasing Department in daily administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
