Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration).

At least 6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a significant portion in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Control principles and methodologies to ensure product standards are met.

Experience in Inventory Management, including tracking, ordering, and optimizing stock levels to support production schedules.

Proficiency in Workforce Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, management, and other departments.

Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets.
