Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Inanam, Jalan Lama Menggatal. This role involves rotating through key operational and support departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics processes, service quality standards, and branch management. The Management Trainee will assist in monitoring daily operations, analyzing performance data, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include participating in planning and execution of operational initiatives, preparing reports for management review, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also includes on-the-job learning, mentorship, and structured training aimed at preparing the trainee for future leadership responsibilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic data interpretation skills to support process and performance improvements.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and support teams.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or operations management; familiarity with express delivery or transportation services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, especially for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
• Diploma’s in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and motivation to develop into a future leader within the organization.
• Ability to work on-site in Inanam and flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required by operational needs.
