Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational programs
• Train, supervise, and manage the warehouse team to resolve daily operational issues and achieve short and long-term performance goals
• Assist in reviewing and preparing workflow, manpower planning, space utilization, equipment layout, and action plans to ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards, procedures, and compliance with legal and safety regulations
• Assist in managing warehouse personnel, including recruitment support, supervision, work scheduling, training, development, motivation, discipline, and performance evaluation
• Assist in inventory control by conducting physical stock counts and reconciling with system data to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate, manage, and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively
• Coordinate closely with the inventory team and fleet department to ensure daily delivery targets are achieved
• Assist in managing and supervising stock accuracy and timely delivery of goods

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in Warehouse or logistics operations
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
