* Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical

* Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field

*Good organizing and communication skills, computer literate

* Analytical, strong leadership skills and well versed with project management and project costing

1. Lead and manage overall facilities and building operations in accordance with contractual requirements, KPIs and SOPs.

2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage client inquiries, complaints and service delivery matters.

3. Oversee M&E, civil works, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management and security coordination.

4. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable building operations.

5. Monitor service quality, operational performance and contractual deductions, and implement corrective actions where required.

6. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements, including BOMBA, DOSH, DOE, ST, ISO and ABMS.

7. Manage operational budgets, contractors, vendors, quotations, reimbursable works and capital works.

8. Review operational reports, coordinate work orders and procurement, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
