Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Alignment - Develop a deep understanding of the Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department's strategic goals, objectives, and operational processes. - Collaborate with Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department's leaders to identify areas where technology can drive business value and improvements. - Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the business's short-term and long-term strategies.

2. Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategic plan in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals. - Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the business.

3. Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department and act as the trusted advisor on technology-related matters. - Facilitate regular meetings and discussions between ICT and Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

4. Project Management - Oversee and coordinate ICT projects for Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department from initiation to completion. - Work closely with developers and Ramp & Guest Services (GS) department to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Encompass a range of project management tasks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting - Ensuring that project objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.

5. Needs Assessment - Work with business units to identify and prioritize their technology needs, ensuring that IT resources are allocated effectively.

6. Change Management - Assist in change management efforts when implementing new technology solutions to ensure a smooth transition for end users. - Provide training and support to help business units adapt to new technologies.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
