Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and oversee HVAC projects from commencement to completion.
• Review HVAC drawings, technical specifications and engineering submissions.
• Supervise and coordinate site engineers, technicians, subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and work schedules.
• Ensure HVAC installation works meet project specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, material usage and overall site performance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, rectification and project handover.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in HVAC engineering or project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chiller, AHU, FCU, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Ductwork and Ventilation Systems.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage projects independently and lead site teams.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
