Main Areas of Responsibility

To liaise with Warehouse Dept for actual quantity loaded

1 > To liaise with Transporter for trucking related issues

To liaise with Shipping Co. and Insurance Co. for issuance of shipping docs and insurance policy

2 > To liaise with Malaysia Factory for readiness of CO and Health Cert,

3 > To liaise with customers for shipping related issues

4 > To Iliajse with QC/R&D for issuance of Ingredient List or COA

5 > To Iliaise with A/Cs for payment to shipping co. or forwarders

Duties

6 > To generate invoices/Debit otes via D************* > To maintain customer's document template

7 > To verify invoices for export expenses

8 > To update shipping status and forward shipping docs to Customers once available

9 > To prepare shipping docs (BL, PL, COO,(FTA Cert? Shipping COA, etc) for export shipment

10 > To prepare and submit COO and other shipping docs (if required) to SMF, Chamber of Commerce

11 > To submit shipping instruction to shipping co before vessel departure

12 > To ensure export permits are declared before shipment

13 > To ensure shipping docs are completed at stipulated time.

14 > To courier shipping documents to customers
