Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality control standards specific to bakery products.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of up to 50+ employees.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.

Familiarity with bakery equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.

Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms for raw materials and operational supplies.

Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets within the bakery operations.

Oversee all daily bakery operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and staff supervision, to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Manage and lead a team of bakers, pastry chefs, and support staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand, develop new product offerings, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor and manage operational budgets, including labor, raw materials, and overheads, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms for ingredients and equipment, and ensuring a consistent supply chain.
