Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel/resort with more than 300 keys.

Proven leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate housekeeping staff effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in inventory control and supply management.

Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and maintenance procedures.

Understanding of health and safety regulations and standards in a hospitality environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably at a supervisory or managerial level.

Proficiency in communication and problem-solving to address guest concerns and manage team operations.

A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Lead and inspire a team of supervisors, room attendants, and housekeeping staff to consistently maintain the resort’s high standards.

Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and inventory control effectively.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices in hygiene and cleanliness.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality assurance and address any areas of improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Provide training, coaching, and career development opportunities to the housekeeping team.

Implement sustainability initiatives in line with the resort’s green practices.
