At least 1–2 years of experience in the medical aesthetic, beauty or skincare industry

Passionate about the beauty industry and helping customers look and feel their best

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented, responsible and professional

Positive, proactive and disciplined, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Provide professional medical aesthetic consultations, understand customers’ needs, and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products

Work closely with doctors to create suitable treatment plans for customers

Build long-term customer relationships, follow up on treatment results, and improve customer satisfaction

Assist doctors with treatment preparation and procedures

Maintain customer records and ensure all information is complete and accurate

Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals
