Synergic Evolution Hiring! Full Time Intern - Medical Product Executive (Sales) in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 500 - Ricebowl

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting and introducing the company's medical products to medical professionals and end users.
• Assist in developing and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Learn about the company's medical products, including their features, applications and benefits.
• Assist in providing product support and guidance to clients in the Operating Theatre (OT) under the supervision of experienced staff.
• Assist in coordinating with the Purchasing Department of hospitals regarding product orders and related matters.
• Participate in marketing activities, product demonstrations, exhibitions and other promotional events.
• Assist in responding to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, pricing and product availability.
• Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and addressing client concerns.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, product presentations and other related documentation.
• Gain hands-on experience in medical device sales, customer service and healthcare industry operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree in a medical-related field, such as Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science or other relevant healthcare-related disciplines.
• Strong interest in medical devices, medical sales and the healthcare industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Good presentation skills and confidence in communicating with healthcare professionals.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
• Neat, professional and presentable appearance.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the university.
