Requirements
- Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of account
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Record and update all daily sales transactions, including cash, Grab, Shopee, DuitNow, debit/credit cards, and other payment channels.
- Reconcile sales transactions against bank statements, payment gateway reports, and outlet reports.
- Verify sales documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper AR documentation and filing.
- Follow up on discrepancies, short/overpayments, refunds, and settlement differences.
- Ensure all sales and collection transactions are accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end closing and AR reconciliation.
- Support the audit process by preparing AR reports and providing relevant supporting documents.
- Monitor and reconcile online payment, e-wallet, and card settlements.
- Perform other AR and Finance-related duties as assigned.
