• Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting

• At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage

• Able to handle full set of account

• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision

• Self-motivated

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Record & update all daily sales – cash, Grab, Shopee, DuitNow, debit/credit card and other payment channels.

- Reconcile sales with bank statements, payment gateway reports and outlet reports.

- Verify sales documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper AR documentation & filing.

- Follow up discrepancies, short/over payments, refunds, and settlement differences.

- Ensure all sales and collections are accurately recorded and updated on time.

- Assist month-end closing & AR reconciliation.

- Assist audit process by providing AR reports and supporting documents.

- Monitor and reconcile online payment / e-wallet / card settlements.

- Perform other AR & Finance-related tasks as assigned.
