HGS Display Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based company specialising in commercial printing materials, printing products and related solutions. The company serves business customers and focuses on providing suitable printing-related products according to customers’ needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new customers and business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and expand the company’s customer base in the commercial printing materials and printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Promote commercial printing materials, printing products and related products.
• Visit customers, conduct product presentations and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and understand customers’ needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on orders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or sales & marketing is preferred.
• Experience in printing, commercial printing, packaging or printing materials is an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own transport are preferred.
