Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or property development

Good knowledge of construction processes, site work and building practices

Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to supervise contractors, subcontractors and workers effectively

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsible, organised and able to work independently

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Willing to work on site and travel to different project sites when required

Possess a valid driving licence

Able to perform other site-related duties as assigned by Management

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site

Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work schedules

Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure works meet the required standards

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations

Monitor site progress and report any delays, issues or defects to the Project Manager / Management

Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on rectification works

Ensure materials, tools and equipment are properly delivered, stored and used on site

Ensure contractors and workers comply with site safety requirements and perform other site-related duties as assigned by Management
