About the Role

Thai Airways in Malaysia - Simple Freight (M) Sdn Bhd
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented team player to join our Air Cargo Operations team, representing Thai Airways and other Airlines for cargo sales handling. You will be responsible for handling airlines bookings, customer enquiries, shipment coordination and follow-ups, working closely with MNC customers and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movements. • Minimum Diploma, Airline Operations, Airport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.

• Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in air cargo, airline, freight forwarding, logistics or airport operations.

• Experience in air cargo booking or shipment coordination will be an advantage.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Strong proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to work at Batu Maung, Penang Cargo Complex.

• Handle and coordinate air cargo bookings, including checking availability and booking requirements.

• Manage customer enquiries on bookings, flight schedules, shipment status, capacity and cut-off times.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo operations.

• Follow up on booking amendments, cancellations and customer requests.

• Ensure cargo information and related documentation are accurate and complete.

• Provide professional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
