Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.

Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) or other relevant construction safety certification will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of construction drawings, site supervision practices, quality control, and workplace safety requirements.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction project execution.

Experience supervising subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and monitoring construction progress.

Familiarity with construction methodologies, QAQC requirements, HSE practices, and project documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.

Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor construction progress and report work status, site issues, and project updates to the Project Engineer and Construction Manager.

Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved method statements.

Identify site constraints and coordinate practical solutions to minimize delays and maintain project productivity.

Enforce site safety requirements, promote safe work practices, and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintain accurate daily site records, manpower reports, activity logs, and supporting project documentation.

Support QAQC inspections, HSE initiatives, and project audits to ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
