Job Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain warehouse documents, files, and records.
• Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other documents related to warehouse operations.
• Enter, check, and update information and data in the company’s system or records.
• Ensure all documents and records are properly filed and easily accessible when required.
• Assist in maintaining records related to stock, goods receiving, deliveries, and warehouse operations.
• Check documents to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Perform other administrative duties related to warehouse operations as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good organizational and document management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk / Admin Clerk is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
