VS Outlet Hiring! Full Time Account Executive (Accounts Receivable - Sales - AR) in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices for outlet, HQ, event, online and Shopee sales.
• Reconcile daily and monthly sales reports between Xilnex, SQL and outlet records.
• Prepare credit notes for bank charges, service fees, discounts, vouchers and refunds.
• Record incoming payments and prepare official receipts (OR).
• Monitor bank transactions, credit card settlements, e-wallet payments and sales bank-ins.
• Perform monthly sales closing and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Manage petty cash, staff claims, director claims and cash vouchers.
• Maintain accounting entries, customer records and outlet information in SQL, and ensure proper filing.
• Set up Xilnex for fairs and events, update credit card terminals and maintain Shopee sales records.
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess in Diploma/Degree of Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

· Minimum 1 years of working experience.

· Possess good communications and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in office software and tools.

· Proven experience in handling accounts payable and full set accounts is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
