Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout the kitchen and bar, ensuring the kitchen and service areas meet food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils using commercial dishwasher or by hand, drying and storing it in a tidy and organised manner.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are well stocked and properly maintained.
• General area cleaning duties, including wiping and sanitising high touch surfaces, sweeping and mopping floor.
• Assist with other general duties as required by the team.

Requirements

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing and manual cleaning tasks.
• Able to work all 5 days (Wed-Sun) 12-3pm; 6-10pm.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
