Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a construction or site supervision role.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency in site management and reporting.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Own a lorry license will be added advantage.

Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all health and and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.

Liaise with project managers, main contractor, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
