Role Summary

This internship is hands-on and execution-focused. Interns will gain real exposure to running a retail and esports business — including outlet coordination, campaign execution, and live event activations.

This is not an observation-based internship. You will be involved in real execution work.

Interns may be assigned to one primary focus track based on capability and business needs:

• Operations
• Marketing & Campaigns
• Creative & Content

What You’ll Be Dealing With

• Daily updates from retail outlets
• Staff coordination and follow-ups
• Campaign rollouts and content execution
• Busy periods during weekends, events, and activations
• On-ground event setup and execution

You should be comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders and following through until tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Retail Support

• Assist in monitoring daily operations across outlets
• Follow up on operational issues raised by supervisors
• Support readiness of stations, equipment, and checklists
• Assist in updating operational trackers and reports

2. Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in campaign planning and execution
• Support social media coordination and scheduling
• Help track campaign deliverables and performance
• Assist with sponsorship deliverables and documentation

3. Creative & Content Support

• Assist in preparing marketing visuals or content assets
• Support photo/video shoots during events
• Help manage content files and asset organisation
• Assist in drafting captions or basic copy when required

4. Events & Activation Support

• Assist in preparation and execution of internal and external events
• Help coordinate manpower, logistics, and setup
• Provide on-site support during event days
• Support post-event documentation and reporting

5. Reporting & Admin Support

• Update trackers, checklists, and task boards
• Compile simple daily/weekly summaries
• Maintain organised documentation across projects

Working Details

• Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Must be flexible with hours for events and campaigns
• Required to work weekends and public holidays when needed
• Allowance provided for extra working days (if applicable)

Requirements

Must-Have

• Malaysian only
• Internship students or fresh graduates
• Comfortable working on-site and on-ground
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends & public holidays
• Own transport required (office not near public transport)
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to understand & speak Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, organised, and willing to follow up
• Able to bring and use own laptop/device for work

Nice to Have

• Background in marketing, operations, events, retail, media, or design
• Interest in gaming, esports, events, or entertainment
• Basic design, content editing, or social media skills
