The Sales Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing the customer journey from vehicle reception to payment and vehicle handover. This role supports the sales and workshop teams by preparing job sheets, quotations, processing payments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales administration, or automotive service industry is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS/Webmax System)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally upon arrival and guide them to the waiting area

• Receive and safeguard vehicle keys from the Sales Advisor, Branch Manager, or Supervisor

• Understand customers' service requirements and accurately record their requests

• Prepare and update Job Sheets based on customer requirements

• Prepare service and repair quotations and explain them clearly to customers

• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding job status and customer requests

• Prepare invoices and process customer payments accurately

• Return vehicle keys to customers and ensure a smooth vehicle handover

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and appointment bookings

• Maintain proper filing of job sheets, quotations, invoices, and customer records
