Mega Lifesciences is looking for an E-Commerce Consumer Education Specialist to work closely with the Customer Health Advisory Team in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Consumer Education Specialist, your key tasks include:

• Hosting dynamic LIVE commerce sessions (including TikTok LIVE) to promote products, campaigns, and initiatives, driving both visibility and sales conversion.
• Engaging audiences with compelling product education, interactive Q&A sessions, and trustworthy brand storytelling to build consumer confidence and loyalty.
• Collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute strategic LIVE campaigns and content calendars, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business objectives.
• Creating and producing short-form, trend-driven digital content that resonates with health-conscious audiences while staying compliant with brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Participating in roadshows, pharmacy activations, and other events to provide health education and represent the brand as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador.
• Supporting internal and external training sessions by delivering engaging product knowledge materials and developing educational resources to empower partners and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with passion for social media and health education are welcome).
• Confident in communicating and engaging with diverse audiences across online (digital platforms) and offline (events) channels.
• Experience with TikTok LIVE, content creation, or brand promotion is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on LIVE schedules, campaigns, and operational requirements).
• Willing to travel for events; possessing a valid driving license and transportation is an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

The ideal candidate is passionate about health education and thrives on engaging with people through creative, fast-paced digital interactions. You are highly action-oriented, energetic, and confident in hosting live sessions while building trust with your audience. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, along with a keen understanding of social media trends and storytelling techniques. Your structured approach to planning and your ability to connect authentically will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
