Job Description

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is A MUST ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accountings, Business Management or related field.
  • Poses sufficient analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting system or data entry software and tools.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • 5 years experience in accounting role will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly invoicing and follow up collections.
  • Manage and process payment and maintain proper corporate filing systems.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and financial data compilation.
  • Assist manager in general ad-hoc routines.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Coordinate yearly financial closing, audit and tax submission.
