Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present and demonstrate hardware products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company's sales management systems
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Master's degree qualification in any field is advantageous
