Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, aiming for satisfactory resolutions and de-escalation.

Effectively manage and respond to customer communications across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering personalized support and solutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex customer issues.

Adhere to company service standards and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and potential service improvements.
