Join Our Babyshop Team – Senior Associate/ Associate

Are you passionate about customer service and love working in a lively retail environment? Babyshop is looking for energetic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team!

As a Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service and creates a warm, welcoming shopping experience for every customer. You’ll help parents and families find the best products for their little ones while representing a trusted and well-loved brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, helpful, and professional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting suitable baby and kids’ products
• Perform cashiering duties and handle daily transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards
• Support the team to achieve daily sales and service goals
• Ensure stock replenishment and accurate inventory handling

What You Will Do:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Maintain store displays, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure smooth daily store operations
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive mindset
• Experience in retail is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome!)
