Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure the project meets the required timeline and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, construction procedures and company requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and report any defects, technical issues or delays to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other relevant parties to resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, photographs and other project documentation.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools and equipment at the site.
• Perform any other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in construction or site supervision.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage daily site activities.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
