Job Descriptions:

Obtain and provide up-to-date shipment status updates for all in-transit shipments across

every transport leg to all stakeholders.

Monitor shipments proactively to ensure high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and

visibility.

Detect and resolve transport discrepancies promptly, making decisions based on

urgency, cost impact, and escalation requirements.

Coordinate with transport service providers to ensure compliance with agreed lead

times, data quality standards, shipping documentation, responsiveness, and shipment

status updates.

Identify, analyse, manage, and follow up on transport issues to minimize delays within

the supply chain.

Investigate shipment losses and damages, collect supporting evidence, and initiate

claims with transport service providers.

Ensure compliance with transport regulations, including export control, customs, and

dangerous goods requirements.

Prepare and coordinate End-User Statements, permit applications, and other required

documentation, while liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Manage transport quotations in accordance with company processes, balancing

urgency, cost, and alternative transport solutions.

Prepare and provide operational reports to the Team Leader and Manager as required.

Manage customer on-site stock initial fill and incremental stock activities.

Handle Hong Kong trade declaration activities and major pool transfer operations.

Manage transport-related abnormal status cases within the transport scope.

Perform additional transport and logistics activities as assigned by management.

Maintain awareness of compliance risks and demonstrate integrity in all transport and

logistics operations.
