Job Description
- Manage daily order fulfillment and instant delivery backups
- Pack items according to standard procedures (packaging materials, sealing, labelling)
- Track parcel statuses
- Maintain and update racking inventory lists
- Assist with warehouse stock receiving
- Complete data entry tasks
- Complete each fulfilment batch on schedule (~300 orders per session)
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is an advantage
- Skills: Basic math, attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs
- Able to read basic packing info (item name, quantity, address) — no prior experience needed
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Patient and able to stay focused through a high-volume packing session
Working Hour & Day
- Monday-Saturday (9am-6pm)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
