Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads)

Location: Singapore | Full-time

Salary: SGD 3,500–4,100 per month

Experience: 2–3 years

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can confidently manage Google Ads campaigns independently, from setup and tracking to optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and manage negative keywords.
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies and campaign performance to improve lead quality and cost per conversion.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Review landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
• Prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple client accounts and communicate progress, issues and next steps.
• Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Confident in managing campaigns independently and taking ownership of results.
• Strong understanding of keyword targeting, bidding, budgets and conversion tracking.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Able to analyse campaign data and recommend improvements.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
