• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and plate dishes according to hotel or restaurant recipes.
• Station Management: Keep the assigned kitchen station clean, sanitized, organized, and properly stocked during service.
• Team Support & Training: Guide, instruct, and assist junior kitchen staff and Commis Chefs on cooking techniques and station duties.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor food quality, track stock levels, assist with inventory, and help minimize food waste.
• Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines.

Pay: RM2,190.00 per month
