• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering

• Deep understanding of ISO standards and QMS (Quality Management Systems) with experience in internal and external audits

• 2-3 years in manufacturing / oil & gas industry

• Lead all Quality Assurance activities for assigned locations

• Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems to comply with international standards and licenses

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System manual and procedures

• Create projects that can lead to greater profits, simplify process control or improve traditional Quality Assurance methods

• Review location quality plans and operational procedures/work instructions

• Ensure product quality conformance and continual process improvements to meet customers' requirements

• Prepare and implement specific inspection and testing plan

• Prepare pertinent trend reports that readily convey quality status

• Ensure all reports are accurate and completed within deadline

• Identify and conduct briefing and training in line with the quality standards and good practices

• Oversee and liaise with external parties to ensure the audit or assessment is carried out successfully and all corrective actions are attended to within a specified timeline

• Liaise with External Partners to manage feedback and do root cause analysis including suggestions for improvements to address gaps and reinforce strengths

• Co-ordinate and conduct Internal Assessment/Quality Audit activities with respective locations and raise non—conformance reports and corrective/preventive action reports

• Monitor all areas of improvements and Corrective Action Response

• Formulate and implement program for gauges, inspection, measuring and testing equipment's calibration and maintenance

• Provide necessary technical resources to other departments as needed

• Understand and implement various quality systems as directed by Management

• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations

• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
