Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage

No prior experience required (Having experience in using ice cream machine has added advantage)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexible and able to handle urgent requests promptly

Warm, cheerful, friendly and energetic personality

Familiar with basic mobile apps usage such as grab ordering/food panda/touch n go

Food preparation and production, packaging including froyo, toppings and other menu items according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

Performing daily tasks including frontline duties, restocking, maintaining overall outlet cleanliness

Assist customer throughout the ordering and payment process 

Maintaining fast, efficient and accurate service 

Ensuring every customer is made to feel welcome, with genuine positive customer service 

Ensuring excellent customer experience, reflecting brand’s values and service commitment
