Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and flavor profiles.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and ability to create latte art, serve other beverages according to recipes and quality standards of the Lazy Cafe.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

Manage transactions accurately using different payment method in point-of-sale system (Feedme).

Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock as needed.

Ensure the coffee bar area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
