Responsibilities

• Assess patients/residents’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Develop and conduct individualized physiotherapy programs.
• Provide exercises, rehabilitation and mobility training.
• Assist elderly patients with strength, balance and walking exercises.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain proper treatment and progress records.
• Work closely with nurses, caregivers and doctors.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and mobility techniques.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Relevant professional registration/recognition where applicable.
• Experience in elderly care, rehabilitation or nursing homes is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, responsible and patient attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
