Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions.

Oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage training, employee engagement, and manpower planning.

Prepare HR reports and support management on HR matters.
