Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
- Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
- Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
- Monitor performers’ attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
- Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
- Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
- Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
