岗位职责

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
  • Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
  • Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
  • Monitor performers’ attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
  • Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
  • Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
  • Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
